This garum sauce is made with bee pollen.
Produced and aged in small batches for a unique blend of flavour and soft perfume.
Aromatic and surprising. Floral notes with hints of caramel, honey and chocolate. Starts sweet and delicate, then shifts into bright acidity before finishing savory with classic garum umami.
Pairing: Vegetables, desserts , soft cheeses, salads, and light sauces.
Depending on the batch, there may be differences in colour and transparency.
