This garum sauce is made with Bluefin tuna.

Produced and aged in small batches for a unique blend of flavour and soft perfume.

More complex and refined with serious depth. Dense umami, layered and persistent. Flavors of dried fish, soy, aged meat and subtle nuttiness. Long finish that keeps building.

Pairing: Red meat, braises, stews, broths, and rich sauces.

Depending on the batch, there may be differences in colour and transparency.
